Visit Us The James Rose Center is open to the public for self-guided tours May through October. Hours: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Fee: $5 per person Directions: From the south: Travel north on the Garden State Parkway, exit at Route 17 (first left exit after Bergen Toll Plaza). Proceed on Route 17 North and take the exit at Ridgewood Avenue, towards Ridgewood. The James Rose Center is approximately two miles west of the exit on your left side, at the intersection of Ridgewood Ave. and Southern Parkway. From the north: Travel South on the Garden State Parkway to the second exit after toll plaza at Ridgewood Ave. toward Ridgewood.
