Take time and bring focus to you day with a Vinyasa flow yoga class followed with a centering meditation. Therapeutic yoga for the body and the mind! All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat.

The ABC's of Honeybees with Frank Mortimer
This presentation will include why honey bees are so important to all of us, the latest buzz surrounding honey bees, as well as dispel common myths and misconceptions surrounding bees. Now, are you ready to catch the buzz!
Suburbia Transformed: Rethinking the Lawn
This workshop focuses on specific things homeowners can do to make their properties more sustainable, as well as easier and less expensive to maintain. It begins by developing a definition of “sustainability” and then covers sustainable lawn care practices and other steps homeowners can take, such as Leave the Leaves and reducing the size of the lawn.
